Inclusion Criteria
1) severe knee osteoarthritis (ICRS grade 4) patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty
2) patients who has voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement
Exclusion Criteria
(1) OA with valgus deformity, (2) severe varus deformity ( >15°) or flexion contracture (>20), (3) bone defect more than 5 mm, (4) conversion TKA following osteotomy or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, and (5) revision TKA

Name Time Method radiologic evaluation : 1) hip-knee-ankle(H-K-A) angle;radiologic evaluation : 2) varus or valgus angle of femoral and tibial components;radiologic evaluation : 3) joint line orientation angle (JLOA) in standing long leg anterior-posterior radiograph;radiologic evaluation : 4) Rotational alignment of femoral and tibial components on CT scans;radiologic evaluation : 5) patellar tilt angle

Name Time Method Knee Society (KS) knee and functional scores, Western Ontario and McMaster University scores, and the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36), and Range of motion
