Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 18\-60 years
- •Either gender
- •ASA grade II and III
- •Elective anterolateral thoracotomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patientâ??s refusal
- •Obesity (BMI \> 30 kg/m2\)
- •Spinal deformity
- •Coagulopathy
- •Local site infection
- •Allergy to drugs
- •Psychiatric illness
- •Cardiac disease
- •Hepatic/renal dysfunction
- •Patients requiring post\-operative ventilatory support
