Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age: 18\-60 years
  • •Either gender
  • •ASA grade II and III
  • •Elective anterolateral thoracotomy surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patientâ??s refusal
  • •Obesity (BMI \> 30 kg/m2\)
  • •Spinal deformity
  • •Coagulopathy
  • •Local site infection
  • •Allergy to drugs
  • •Psychiatric illness
  • •Cardiac disease
  • •Hepatic/renal dysfunction
  • •Patients requiring post\-operative ventilatory support
