2. Wears a hearing device (Hearing Aid and/or Cochlear Implant) in at least one ear
3. Able to give informed consent

Insufficient English language competency to complete the online survey

Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) measured using the Health Utilities Index Mark 3 (HUI3) questionnaire (Horsman, et al 2003). HUI3 comprises of 8 dimensions including vision, hearing, speech, ambulation, dexterity, emotion, cognition and pain. [Baseline, 2 years & 4 years post-enrolment]
