1. Patients with advanced malignancy who enter the 'terminal phase' i.e (eligible for 'Integrated care pathway' for the dying)
2.Patients over 18 years of age

1.Patients with Primary Brain Tumour
2.Patients with Cerebral Metastases
3.Patients with 'Motor Neurone Disease'
4.Patients with 'end-stage cardiac failure'
