- •Age between 19 and 80 years; diagnosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease by abdominal ultrasound and/or liver biopsy within the 24 months prior to the intervention
排除标准
- •Hepatitis with detectable viral load; fever or sites of infection; cancer (with or without chemotherapy and radiotherapy); inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; transplant, trauma, surgery, or hospitalization within the last 30 days; use of steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunomodulatory agents, or antibiotics; use of omega-3 fatty acid supplements in the 3 months prior to the study; pregnancy and lactation; alcohol intake exceeding 20 grams/day for women and 30 grams/day for men
