Inclusion Criteria
1.All post traumatic distal femoral fractures involving patients of each sex with age more than 18 years of age reporting to Department of Orthopaedics,PGIMS will be included in the study.
2.Only Muller AO/OTA type A3,C2,C3 type of fractures will be included in present study
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pathological fractures
2. Open Fractures Gustillo-Anderson Type 3b,3c.20
3. Muller Type A1,A2,B1,B2,B3 will be excluded from present study
4. Associated intra-articular proximal tibia fractures of ipsilateral limb.
