1. Individuals of both sex between age 30-70 years presenting with pain in the low back, buttock, gluteal region or /and lower extremity, symptoms of neurogenic intermittent claudication with alleviation of symptoms in sitting/lying and aggravation of symptoms when standing and walking
2. Individuals of both sex between age 30 to 70 years diagnosed with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis having mild(grade 1), moderate (grade 2) & severe (grade 3) by Lee classification system.
3.Individuals with the ability to communicate and cooperate with the medical workers
4. Individuals who are willing to participate
Individuals with
1. Peripheral artery Disease(PAD)
2. Coronary artery disease(CAD)
3. Lumbar thoracic fracture
4. Lower extremity fracture
5. Scoliosis with cobs angle < 25ââ??â?¹
6. Previous history of laminectomy
7. Any other specific spinal disorder like Ankylosing spondylitis
8. Lytic spondylolisthesis
9. Significant instability of the lumbar spine
10. Severe co morbidities

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change in the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Index(LSSI).Timepoint: 1. The index will be administered on 2 separate occasions with similar testing conditions and the duration between the 2 test sessions shall be minimum of 24 hours and maximum of 14 days to estimate the test-retest reliability <br/ ><br>2. Intra-rater reliability will be estimate by administering the index twice consecutively with short intervals at the convenience of the administer and the participant.
