Inclusion Criteria
Meets criteria for the at risk mental state for psychosis as measured by the Comprehensive Assessment of At Risk Mental Statement (CAARMS)
Exclusion Criteria
Currently acutely suicidal
Organic brain syndrome
Severe cognitive impairment
Problematic substance abuse
Insufficient fluency in English language
