Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women's inclusion criteria:
- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Iranian and able to speak and understand Persian language
- •Having at least reading and writing literacy
- •At least one year has passed since their marriage
- •Age 18 to 49 years
- •Definitely suffering from premenstrual syndrome (premenstrual syndrome Based on the PSST scale and a score greater than 38\)
- •People whose marital intimacy score is lower than the average score (less than 68\)
- •Having a smartphone with access to the Internet
- •Men's inclusion criteria:
Exclusion Criteria
- •Suffering from a mental disorder and drug use (based on self\-report and health records)
- •Taking part in other counseling sessions at the same time
- •Couples who are on the verge of divorce
- •The occurrence of an unfortunate incident in life during the last three months (accident, bereavement of family members)
- •breastfeeding
