Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Neck of femur fracture patients who meets the indication for bipolar hemiarthroplasty
- •\-Patients who are able to consent
- •\-Patients who are able to walk with or without gait aid before the injury
- •\-Age \> 60 years
- •\-Literate in Thai
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients who are suspected to have an active infection
- •\-Patients who have a fracture from an infection or a tumor
- •\-Patients who have an abnormal skin lesion at the probable incision site
- •\-Severe associated injury(s)
- •\-Has been diagnosed with any neuropsychiatric disease that may interfere the gait
- •\-Waiting time(time from injury to surgery) more than 7 days
