Inclusion Criteria

Men and women over 18 years of age who are literate (with ability to write and read in Portuguese); who have been on treatment for UUS in one of the services for at least fifteen days; who have consented to be randomized to one of the two groups (control or experimental) .

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with psychotic disorders diagnosed by the physician responsible for the services participating in the research or informed by the team for clinical knowledge prior to the patient's hospitalization; who present severe cognitive impairment that prevents the completion of the scales; patients with suicidal ideation.
