Arthritis: diagnosed arthritis of the hip or knee accordingto the clinical ACR- criteria, WOMAC > 15 in pain and function;
diabetes: German diabetes risk-test (DRT) =57 points, HbA1c < 6,5%, fasting plasma glucose <126 mg/dl;
cardio-vascular: PROCAM-Score > 1,2 of the age-approriate reference; obesity/adipostity: BMI = 27 und = 35
end-organ damage, appointment for elective joint replacement, BMI = 35, physical activity before the intevention meets more than 75% of the activity recommendations for adults
