入选标准
- •Patients of either sex scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation.
- •Age 20 years to 50 years
- •Weight 50 kg to 80 kg
- •Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2.
- •Patient willing to give the consent.
排除标准
- •Patients with history of known allergic to study drugs.History of consumption of antihypertensive drugs, sedatives, Hypnotics and antidepressants preoperatively.Pre-existing cardiovascular disease, significant respiratory, renal and hepatic disorder.History of drugs or alcohol abuse.
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients requiring rapid sequence induction of anaesthesia
- •Anticipated difficult intubation
