Inclusion Criteria
Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) is essential for planned surgery and the specific patient
Informed consent for PCA
intraperitoneal laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Not opioid-naive
ICU admission planned in advance
nerve block or epidural analgesia is wanted
BMI 30 or higher
ASA PS classification = IV
Pregnant or breast-feeding
apparently not capable of responding to the postoperative questionnaire
registered in other prospective study
