- •All adolescents aged 10 to 14 years and their mothers who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Adolescents who report to have congenital heart diseases, Juvenile Diabetes Mellitus, Bronchial Asthma, thyroid diseases, kidney diseases and who are physically challenged
