- •1.Sputum AFB>= 1+ or sputum culture positive
- •2.X-pert gene no gene mutation
排除标准
- •1.Culture TB found rifampicin resistance
- •2.Previous treatment found drug resistance or high risk for drug resistant
- •3.History of relapse TB in past 2 years
- •4.CNS tuberculosis
- •5.military TB , pericardial TB,pleural TB
- •6.HIV patient with CD4 < 500
- •7.Age below 18 years or more than 80 years
