Inclusion Criteria
Around 100 prescriptions and 10,000 prescriptions will be evaluated for average dispensing time and dispensing error respectively.
Exclusion Criteria
Inpatient prescriptions will be excluded.

Name Time Method Microbial quality of drinking water will be known. <br/ ><br>The compliance of biomedical waste disposal will be assessed accordance with BMW rules 2016.Timepoint: At the end of 12 months.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The quality of hygiene and sanitation will be known. <br/ ><br>The compliance of BMW management will be known. <br/ ><br>The average dispensing time and dispensing errors will be known.Timepoint: Secondary outcome will be evaluated after the completion of data collection, which is expected to be completed by February 2021.
