Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged between 18\-70 years of both gender, American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical class II and III undergoing cardiac surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •Emergency surgery
- •Cardiac arrhythmias at the time of measurement
- •Unilateral or bilateral carotid artery stenosis
- •Contraindication for transesophageal echocardiography
