1. Histologically proven cases of left sided breast carcinoma after mastectomy with or without lymph node positivity planned for DIBH-RT.
2. Karnofskyâ??s performance scale score (KPS) greater than or equal to 70
1.Patients with BCS
2.Right sided breast carcinoma
3.Metastatic disease
4.KPS score <70
5.Patients with medical history of active cardiac diseases like arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, and congestive heart failure.
6.Inability to establish a reproducible breathing pattern.
7.Inability to maintain breath holding for 20secs at least due to compromised lung function.
8.Need for sedation.
9.Patients with flap reconstruction.
10.Patient refusal.
