1. All patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention through femoral route
2. Provide a written, informed consent to take part in the study
1. Clinical instability with compromised hemodynamics including (not restricted to) Symptomatic decompensated heart failure, Cardiogenic shock or Compromised rhythm requiring intravenous medication or temporary pacemaker
2.Mentally unstable patient (who would not be able to communicate his/her symptoms reliably)
3.Uncontrolled co-morbidities like (non restricted to) uncontrolled DM, accelerated hypertension (HTN), chronic kidney disease with fluid overload
4.Procedural complications like perforation, dissection (non stented type C-F dissection), less than optimal angiographic flow on revascularization, occlusion of a significant side branch during PCI.
5.Supported PCI (requiring ventricular support system)
6.Hemodynamic compromise during PCI
7.Post procedure: hemodynamic compromise, arrhythmias, recurrent chest pain, local site complications including (not restricted to) significant local site bleeding requiring blood transfusion, significant hematoma (>= 5 cm), significant non access site bleeding
8.Absence of responsible care giver at home
9.Inability to reach the medical centre in case of emergency (lack of reliable transport system)
10.Patient or family refusal
