Inclusion Criteria
1) Patient who fulfill the case definition.
2) Patients of both sexes above 18 years of age group will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1) Cases presenting with any gross pathology such as, bronchial asthma, recurrent
sinusitis, otitis media.
2) Pregnant and Lactating female.
3) Patient in emergency conditions are excluded
