- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1 - Reduction of body fat, determined through bioelectrical impedance, from the observation of a variation of at least 2% in the pre and post-intervention measurements;Observed outcome 1 - (AC300): Reductions in weight, body mass index (BMI) and BMI-score Z, waist circumference (WC) and body fat percentage (%BF) and height increase in both sexes, there were no significant changes in fat-free mass in any groups. (HIIT): Reduction of BMI, BMI-z, AC, waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) and %BF.;Expected outcome 2 - Increase in the level of components of cardiorespiratory fitness measured through the maximum effort test and the 20 meter shutlle run test, based on the observation of a variation of at least 2% in the pre and post-intervention measurements;Observed outcome 2 - (AC300): The resting and maximum heart rates decreased, the workload and the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) in ml/kg.min, l/min and ml/kgMLG.min increased in both sexes. (HIIT): decrease in resting heart rate
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1 - Improvement of the cardiometabolic profile, assessed by means of the lipid profile, blood glucose, Insulinemia, Blood Pressure, from the finding of a variation of at least 2% in the pre and post-intervention measurements;Observed outcome 1 - (AC300) Reduction of<br>systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels, increased HDL levels and decreased triglycerides, glycemia and insulinemia 120 min. (HIIT):Increased LDL-c and reduced total cholesterol and diastolic blood pressure
