Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Overweight adolescents; of both sexes; aged between 10 and 17 years; stable weight over a period greater than or equal to 2 months; height greater than 1\.45 m, depending on the height of the bicycle seat; not using anorectic drugs or others that could interfere with weight control and controlled hyperinsulinemia and hypothyroidism; be regularly enrolled in school; present the Free and Informed Consent Form signed by the parents or guardians
Exclusion Criteria
- •Present musculoskeletal problems or physical disability that would make it impossible to participate in physical activities; not participating in the second physical evaluation of the project
