Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.According to common clinical standard guidelines.
- •2\.Both male and female
- •3\.A history of neck pain for more than four months; a score of more than 4 out of 10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and a score of more than 40% on Neck Disability Index (NDI).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any neurological conditions
- •2\.Any recent neck surgeries
- •3\.Recent trauma
- •4\.Any recent Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy treatment for neck pain within 2 weeks of periods
- •5\.Psychiatric illness, pregnancy, regular intake of corticosteroid medication, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants.
