Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.According to common clinical standard guidelines.
  • 2\.Both male and female
  • 3\.A history of neck pain for more than four months; a score of more than 4 out of 10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and a score of more than 40% on Neck Disability Index (NDI).

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Any neurological conditions
  • 2\.Any recent neck surgeries
  • 3\.Recent trauma
  • 4\.Any recent Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy treatment for neck pain within 2 weeks of periods
  • 5\.Psychiatric illness, pregnancy, regular intake of corticosteroid medication, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants.
