Inclusion Criteria
1.According to common clinical standard guidelines.
2.Both male and female
3.A history of neck pain for more than four months; a score of more than 4 out of 10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and a score of more than 40% on Neck Disability Index (NDI).
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any neurological conditions
2.Any recent neck surgeries
3.Recent trauma
4.Any recent Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy treatment for neck pain within 2 weeks of periods
5.Psychiatric illness, pregnancy, regular intake of corticosteroid medication, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants.
