Study Overview

Brief Summary

I would like to publish my research work after completion of the trial as soon as possible. Patients will be selected from OPD/IPD of RGGPG Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Paprola. 2 groups of 40  patients will be registered and assessed to evaluate the efficacy of Panchvalkal ointment in chronic non-healing wound w.s.r. to Dushta vrana.

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients having clinical sign and symptoms of Dushta vrana (as per Ayurvedic and modern medical criteria) b.
  • Patients willing for trial.
  • Patients of age group 30-60 years of either gender.

Exclusion Criteria

  • If patients fail to adhere to the protocol requirements.
  • Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, pre diagnosed disorders like maligancy, osteomyelitis and tubercular ulcer.
  • Pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • HIV, HBsAg positive patients.
