Inclusion Criteria
Persons who are currently employed as nursing staff in a nursing home or who were employed as such since January 2020. This includes current and former nurses and persons in adjacent and comparable professions. The exact job titles may differ depending on the date and place of the professional training or the current place of employment.
Exclusion Criteria
-age under 18 years
-no suffienct German language skills
-lack of consent for study participation or use of data
