Inclusion Criteria
- •- Have at least 1 episode of hyperglycemia, defined by point of care glucose measurement more than 180 mg/dL
- •- Using intravenous insulin infusion at least 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Type 1 diabetes
- •- pancreatic diabetes mellitus
- •- hyperglycemic crisis patients, i.e diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state
- •- Major Protocol violation
