Children in the age group of 5 to 9 years,
Co-operative children with no associated systemic illness,
Bilateral vital asymptomatic deep dentinal carious lesion of primary mandibular second molars with no pulp involvement as evident by clinical and radiographical examination,
No spontaneous throbbing pain,
No pain or tenderness on percussion ,
No gingival redness or swelling,
No tooth mobility,
No periapical abscess.
Parents not consenting for treatment,
Spontaneous throbbing pain,
Pain or tenderness on percussion,
Gingival redness or swelling,
Tooth mobility,
Periapical abscess.
