  • •2\.Ability to follow simple instructions
  • •3\.Duration of stroke \-1 month and above
  • •4\.Age between 40\-65 years
  • •5\.Timed\- up and go test duration above 14
  • •6\. Modified Ashworth Scale score 3 and

  • •1\.History of Epilepsy or other Psychological condition
  • •2\.Vestibular disorders
  • •3\.Hearing defects and Cochlear implants
  • •4\.Metal implants in brain
  • •5\.Pacemaker
  • •6\.Any other neurological co â??morbidity
  • •7\.Sensitive skin behind ears
