Inclusion Criteria

1-Patients earlier diagnosed with hyperglycemia.

2-Both obese and non-obese patients.

3-Patients of either sex in the age group of 30-70 years.

4-Patients having fasting blood sugar level 120 mg/dl.to 250 mg/dl

Exclusion Criteria

1-Patients with juvenile diabetes.

2-Patients less than 30 years and more than 70 years.

3-Emergency cases in DM.

4-Patients having insulin dependent DM (IDDM) and receiving insulin (type-1)

5-Excessive blood glucose FBS >250 mg/dl.

6- Chronic complications(microvascular) and (macrovascular).

7-Mentally retarded and psychologically ill person.
