Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- 18 years or older
- •\- Chronic (\> 1 year), first, monolateral left\-sided stroke (cortical, subcortical or both)
- •\- Paresis of one of the right upper limbs as a result of the stroke
- •\- Adequate cognitive and verbal skills to be able to give consent and participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •subjects with impaired (and uncorrected) hearing or vision and with mental or neurological disorders
- •Stroke patients:
- •pain or contractures in the affected arm
- •\- Spasticity, which is increased by (attempted) movement
- •\- Significant movement restrictions in the right upper extremity
- •\- Complete separation of the cortico\-spinal tract by the stroke\-related lesion
