入选标准
- •- 18 years or older
- •- Chronic (> 1 year), first, monolateral left-sided stroke (cortical, subcortical or both)
- •- Paresis of one of the right upper limbs as a result of the stroke
- •- Adequate cognitive and verbal skills to be able to give consent and participate in the study
排除标准
- •subjects with impaired (and uncorrected) hearing or vision and with mental or neurological disorders
- •Stroke patients:
- •pain or contractures in the affected arm
- •- Spasticity, which is increased by (attempted) movement
- •- Significant movement restrictions in the right upper extremity
- •- Complete separation of the cortico-spinal tract by the stroke-related lesion
