Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) The volunteers age between 18\-60 years irrespective of their caste and sex etc.
  • •2\) Cooperative, obedient volunteers willing to undergo the prescribed therapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Below age 18 years and above 60years.
  • •2\) Volunteers no willing to go for the study.
  • •3\) Accelerated hypertension, severe diabetic complications \& other chronic systemic disorders.
  • •4\) Any carcinoma,tumour \& auto\-immune disorders.
  • •5\) Obesity.
