入选标准
- •All patients between 18 - 75 years of age with a hallux valgus
- •No radiographic evidence of degenerative metatarsophalangeal MTPJ arthritis.
- •Persistent symptoms (painful bunion)
- •Adequate range of motion MTP1
- •IMA 10-20 degrees
- •Stable TMT 1
- •Normal hindfoot alignment
排除标准
- •Severe osteoporosis
- •Cognitive dysfunction limiting clinical evaluation
- •Previous operation on the affected foot.
- •History of diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, or other inflammatory diseases
