- •Hemodynamically stable
- •Hypoxemia, i.e. p/f <150
- •Admitted to ICU within 48 hours
- •Not moribund has a life expectancy greater than 24 hours
排除标准
- •Age criteria
- •Pregnancy
- •Unwillingness to participate
