Inclusion Criteria
all patients within criteria detected obesity with reference of BMI and
BMR
Exclusion Criteria
1. pregant woman
2.giving breast feeding
3. participants in another trial
4. known case of any cardiac disease including congestive heart
failure, cardiac arrythmias, unstable angina
5. myocardial infraction within the last 6 months or uncontrolled
malignant hypertension
6. high risk of developing coronary artery diseases
7.any kind of malignancy
8.uncontrolled DM
9.Acute Renal faliure
10. Chronic renal faliure
11. Known HIV positive
12. patient on Concurrent use of corticosteroids,
