  • Referral of the patient for interdisciplinary assessment by their health insurance Company,
  • Referral for interdisciplinary assessment by their medical doctor,
  • no red flags,
  • unspecific spinal pain \> 3 month,
  • Aggreement for study participation

Exclusion Criteria

  • previous operations in the back area,
  • specific pain problems
