Inclusion Criteria

1)Patient enrolled irrespective of gender,cast and religion.

2)Patient Hb level is >10

3)HbA1c level <6.5%

4) blood pressure <160/90mm/hg.

5)Psychologically stable patients

6)Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of guda Vidradhi i.e.perianal abscess.

Exclusion Criteria

1)All types of internal abscess

2)Transrectal abcess

3)Ischiorectal abcess

4)Suprasphintric abcess

5)Extrasphintric abcess

6)Hb level is < 10

7) HbsAg, AIDS.

8) coagulopathy (like Haemophilia).

9) Blood pressure >160/90 mm/Hg.

10)Immunocompromised patients

11) HbA1c level above > 6.5%)
