- •Gender: both male and female.
- •Patients with signs and symptoms of Nadivrana (PNS) mentioned in the literature.
- •Patients who will physically fit for anaesthesia and surgical procedures.
- •Patient who will be willing to participate in the study.
- •Patient who willing to give written informed consent.

- •Unstable patients.
- •Immune deficiency syndrome.
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •Immunosuppressive medications.
- •Previous participation in trial.
- •Any malignancy.
