1. Age at least 20 years-old
2. Barton periorbital grade 1 2 and 3
3. Revised Thai RSES less than 31.02, and WHOQOL-BREF-THAI in psychological domain less than 23, social relationship domain less than 12, and overall less than 96
4. No contraindications for filler injection: allergy or hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, local skin infection, post-vaccination in past 4wk, post-facial procedures in past 4wk, autoimmune diseases, malnutrition, psychiatric disorders
5. No conditions which might influence the intervention: prior facial filler injection in past 24 months, prior facial non-biodegradable filler injection, craniomaxillofacial implants, cheek and periorbital trauma or surgery, most of ophthalmologic disorders other than refractive errors
6. No conditions which might influence the quality of life: menopause, sleep disorders, disabilities, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism
7. Not a participant in other study
8. Ability to follow entire research methodology
1. Any condition detected during the study that would render the patient unsuitable for the study
