•1. Age at least 20 years-old
•2. Barton periorbital grade 1 2 and 3
•3. Revised Thai RSES less than 31.02, and WHOQOL-BREF-THAI in psychological domain less than 23, social relationship domain less than 12, and overall less than 96
•4. No contraindications for filler injection: allergy or hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, local skin infection, post-vaccination in past 4wk, post-facial procedures in past 4wk, autoimmune diseases, malnutrition, psychiatric disorders
•5. No conditions which might influence the intervention: prior facial filler injection in past 24 months, prior facial non-biodegradable filler injection, craniomaxillofacial implants, cheek and periorbital trauma or surgery, most of ophthalmologic disorders other than refractive errors
•6. No conditions which might influence the quality of life: menopause, sleep disorders, disabilities, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism
•7. Not a participant in other study
•8. Ability to follow entire research methodology

•1. Any condition detected during the study that would render the patient unsuitable for the study
•2. Do not meet inclusion criteria
