Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.Intraoperative hemodynamic variables like HR, BP, sp02.Timepoint: Patient will be monitored from the point of nerve block upto end of surgery.;2.Duration of analgesia - Time to first dose of analgesicTimepoint: Time from end of surgery to requirement of first rescue analgesia in post operative period;3.Total analgesic consumption in peri-operative period.Timepoint: Total analgesic consumption from start of surgery to 12 hours postoperatively;4.Comparing the post operative pain by FLACC score (1-7years)/ NRS score(7-12 years) at immediate postoperative period, 1 hour, 2 hours , 4 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours post-surgeryTimepoint: Immediate postoperative period, 1 hour, 2 hours , 4 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours post-surgery;5.Parental satisfaction score at end of 4 hrs and 12 hours post-surgery (5-point Likert scale)Timepoint: At end of 4 hrs and 12 hours post-surgery;6.Incidence of side effects like sedation, hypotension, bradycardiaTimepoint: Time from end of surgery to 12 hours post operatively
