- •4. Elective cases for hand surgery.
- •5. Consent given

- •1.Parents refusal to participate in the study
- •2.Patient undergoing emergency surgery.
- •3.Children with significant cardiovascular, neurological, pulmonary, or genetic disorders.
- •4.Known allergy to local anaesthetic agent.
