Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children between age group 1\-12 years
- •2\. Either sex
- •3\. ASA I \& II
- •4\. Elective cases for hand surgery.
- •5\. Consent given
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Parents refusal to participate in the study
- •2\.Patient undergoing emergency surgery.
- •3\.Children with significant cardiovascular, neurological, pulmonary, or genetic disorders.
- •4\.Known allergy to local anaesthetic agent.
