Inclusion Criteria
Spend the most time caring for the elderly
Caring for an elderly person who is able to do their daily chores
Existence of interest and motivation to participate in the project
Having a mobile phone with Android operating system
Ability to use mobile phones and educational applications that will be examined by the researcher in the first session
Failure to attend similar training sessions
Exclusion Criteria
The elderly who live without caregiver and alone
Elderly caregivers who do not have a mobile phone with Android operating system
Elderly people living in nursing homes
Care for the elderly with debilitating diseases such as stroke or plague
