a. Patients aged >65 years who are scheduled to undergo general surgery under endotracheal intubation with general anesthesia.<br>b. Surgery duration =3 hours.
a. Patients receiving anesthesia outside the operating room<br>b. Patients with endotracheal intubation prior to surgery<br>c. Patients scheduled for admission to the intensive care unit (ICU) after surgery<br>d. Patients allergic to muscle relaxants or not using muscle relaxants during surgery<br>e. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form<br>f. Patients unable to understand or complete the QoR-15 assessment
