First, between February 2014 and October 2016. adult patients with NAFLD who participated in two previous clinical trials (clinical trial number are KCT 0001480 and KCT 0001588, https://cris.nih.go.kr/cris/index.jsp) performed at a single institution and the baseline patient data will be used in this study.
Second, adult consecutive patients (age : 20-75 years) underwent magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) who were hospitalized for suspicious viral hepatic disorders and biliary disease between February 2014 and October 2016 and performed US simultaneously will be included. The interval between US and MRI should be equal or less than 7 days.
1) > 7 days interval between MRI PDFF and abdominal ultrasonography
2) age = 19 years
