入选标准
- •Gestational age of 30-32 weeks,no current use of ATD and anticonvulsants,Hb >7gm/DL,BP <140/90,negative urine dipstick for proteinuria & glycosuria, HT >145cm,prepregnancy wt >47kg,residing within 10 kms of GTBH
- •Term,AGA,APGAR >7 at 1 min,no apparent major congenital and chromosomal anomalies
排除标准
- •Signs & symptoms of amnionitis
- •Non vigorous infants with MSAF,LBW,Neonates having seizures,infants requiring blood transfusion
