1.Patient of diabetes mellites with minimum two symptoms of diabetic sensory polyneuropathy like aching pain, allodynia, burning pain, lancinating pain, numbness, pricking sensation and moderate impairment, according to ntss-6 score.
2. Patients of both genders and having the age between 30 to70.
1.Patients having any other associated clinical conditions influencing peripheral nerve function like peripheral vascular disorder history, vitamin b12 deficiency (hb < 6 gm%) and severe anemia will be excluded.
2. Patients having chronic alcoholism and uraemia will be excluded.
3. Patients having any of neuropathic complication i.e. Diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy will be excluded.
