入选标准
- •1.Patient of diabetes mellites with minimum two symptoms of diabetic sensory polyneuropathy like aching pain, allodynia, burning pain, lancinating pain, numbness, pricking sensation and moderate impairment, according to ntss-6 score.
- •2. Patients of both genders and having the age between 30 to70.
排除标准
- •1.Patients having any other associated clinical conditions influencing peripheral nerve function like peripheral vascular disorder history, vitamin b12 deficiency (hb < 6 gm%) and severe anemia will be excluded.
- •2. Patients having chronic alcoholism and uraemia will be excluded.
- •3. Patients having any of neuropathic complication i.e. Diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy will be excluded.
