- •2. Receiving chemotherapy as a primary treatment
- •3. Able to give consent to participate in this study

- •1. Patients with previous history of malignancy
- •2. Patient who is unfit for chemotherapy
- •3. Patients with prior psychiatric illness, neurological and cognitive impairment
- •4. Patients receiving radiotherapy
