入选标准
- •1. Adult patient between 20 and 80 years old
- •2. Patients with colon polyps of 10 mm or larger, capable of endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection
- •3. Patients with adequate compliance and suitable geographic distance for follow-up
排除标准
- •1. Patients undergoing additional resection for lesions that had previously undergone endoscopic resection
- •2. Pregnant or lactating patients
- •3. Patients who have not obtained the informed consent
- •4. Patients who received two or more antiplatelet drugs within 5 days of the procedure or oral anticoagulant (DOAC) within 24 hours of the procedure
- •5. Patients with more than 5 polyps over 1 cm
- •6. Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis
- •7. Patients with leukemia or thrombocytopenia
- •8. Patients with spurting bleeding after polypectomy
